Just click on the 'Account' icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.Select Order option ,on order page you can show tracking icon beside the item detail.
If you unsure that your order is successfull or not you can check once go through 'Order' page .
The estimated delivery time is indicative your order is delivered within one week.
On Order page you can find out 'exchange' button below item details ,fill up the reason behind exchange and submit it.
