You can check the status of your order by clicking "Track Order" on the My Orders page.
Click on "Exchange" below and select the reason to initiate an exchange of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.
An Exchange request can be filed within the delivery days provided by the vendor of the product. However, for damaged/missing/wrongly delivered products, an Exchange request must be filed within the day of delivery.
