  • Exchanges are provided by the brand and depend on the product category. Some products, such as cosmetics, personal care items, and hygiene-related products, do not qualify for exchanges due to safety reasons. For other standard products, exchange policies vary between 3 to 10 days, depending on the vendor and the type of product.

    The exact exchange period is clearly mentioned on the product details page, ensuring transparency.

  • We consistently work towards the protection of our customers' interests. Hence, we offer an easy and streamlined process to exchange products, whenever applicable.

    If you receive a product that does not match your order, is defective, or damaged, you may request an exchange based on the conditions listed below.

  • How do I file an Exchange request?
    Domestic Orders: We Offer Free Shipping Within India.

    You can file an exchange request through your Lotus iMall account by following these steps:

    • •  Sign In → My Orders → Request Exchange.
    • •  Exchange request must be filed within the exchange period mentioned for the product.
    • •  Requests will be reviewed by Lotus iMall.
    • •  If required, we may contact the vendor for further verification.
    • •  Upon approval, the pickup for the product will be arranged via our logistics partners.
    • •  If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to ship the product. The shipping cost will be reimbursed by Lotus iMall as per standard courier charges.
    • •  Wrong Product – Incorrect color, size, style, or item delivered.
    • •  Unsatisfactory Product – Low quality, counterfeit, or expired items.
    • •  Defective Product – Manufacturing defect or non-functioning (except those covered under manufacturer’s warranty).
    • •  Damaged Product – Physically damaged, broken, or tampered packaging.
    • •  Incorrect Quantity – Missing products or parts.
    • •  No Invoice/Warranty Received – Applies to electronic products only.
    • •  Empty Packages – If an empty package is received, exchange must be filed immediately.
    • •  If the product is used, altered, or tampered with.
    • •  If the product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories.
    • •  If the serial number of electronic items is tampered with.
    • •  For missing, damaged, or wrong product requests filed after the exchange period.
    • •  If the product is part of a special promotion with a no-exchange policy (mentioned on the product page).
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we initiate a pickup for the product. An email will be sent with pickup details. Ensure the product is packed securely with all original tags and accessories.

    • •  The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • •  Original price tags, labels, and invoice must be included.
    • •  Order number should be mentioned on the package.
    • •  Package should not be sealed; the courier executive will check contents before pickup.
    • •  Keep the courier receipt for tracking purposes.

    Note: Lotus iMall is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
