  • How can I exchange an item?

    To initiate an exchange, click on "Exchange" below your order and select the reason for the exchange. Ensure the product tags and original packaging are intact for the pickup by our courier partner.

    Exchanges are subject to the vendor's policies. For items that are damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly, an exchange request must be made on the same day as delivery.

  • Fraudulent Calls I have received a call/SMS/email asking for money

    Caution: Lotus will NEVER request unsolicited financial information or advance payments in exchange for offers. Our promotions are available ONLY on our official website and app.

    Please DO NOT respond to any calls, emails, or messages claiming to offer rewards or prizes on behalf of Lotus.
